So how did we become so Zoom savvy?!

We are an independent training company and work with professionals and organisations throughout the UK and Ireland. We have delivered all courses and webinars online (via Zoom) for over two years now, on an almost daily basis. We put together a small in-house team of zoom specialists initially to help us move from face-to-face training and to overcome both the technological challenges of providing content online and the pedagogic challenge of making it interesting! On our journey we discovered not only fantastic but fairly hidden features of zoom but also myriad third party apps and programmes that can be added to the training toolbox so as to wow delegates (or at least keep them awake!).
